The breakfast buffet was large and varied. It offered many choices.
The air conditioning in my room barely worked. It struggled to cool the space even at the lowest setting. I found it difficult to sleep comfortably.

mixed experience with cleanliness issues
unclean bathroom poor communication
The bathroom wasn't clean and i found two bugs. the staff didn't speak english well, so there were misunderstandings. they blocked the room without warning while my stuff was inside. This made me anxious.

mixed feelings about my stay
old room weak air conditioner
the beds were comfy. this was a plus after long days.
The room felt old and tired. the air conditioner struggled to keep up with the heat, it barely cooled the room. also, finding accessible power outlets was a real challenge. I had to unplug lamps to charge my devices.

Amazing staycation!
fresh options polite staff easy access
I'm excited to share my experience! The breakfast buffet really made my mornings so much better. So many options and everything was super fresh. The staff always had the biggest smiles, very polite. Access to the canal boat taxi was super easy. It's right outside the door!

inconvenient elevators locked balcony
The elevators required a transfer at the lobby level to reach my tower. Navigating around a large conference blocked access to some towers and increased walking time. I wanted to use the balcony, but it was locked, I was not able to see the view properly.

mixed feelings about this hotel
dated decor ineffective air conditioning
i wasn't thrilled with my room. the decor felt very dated. also, the air conditioning didn't seem to work well. it struggled to keep the room cool, a real issue during the day. it made it hard to relax inside.

cool lobby useful equipment night market massive building
I liked that the hotel has a cool lobby located on the 11th floor. The gym offered useful equipment for workouts. I found a little night market outside every evening. This was very convenient for quick shopping. The building is massive (be prepared for some walking!).
I found that the air conditioning needed defrosting every night.

My room was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds ensured restful nights. There were wardrobes in the bedrooms, offering ample storage space for luggage and clothing.

There are two swimming pools, providing convenient options for sunbathing. The pool areas are kept clean. There is a 7/11 market at the building, great for essentials. I found that this offers considerable ease.
